RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 14 calendar days to return a product, from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your product must be in the original packaging. Your product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Workbooks, Certifications and E-learning may not be returned if they have been activated.
Perpetual software licences are only able to be returned provided the full activation key has not been provided (a trial key is initially issued with new orders).
Sage 12 Month Subscription Customers, a 24 Month Subscription Customer or a 36 Month Subscription Customer, must provide Sage (0800 111 66 66) at least 30 days’ notice of termination and a notice served will take effect no earlier than the end of the current 12, 24, or 36 calendar month period you are in. OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
We may cancel your order if:
- Products that have been ordered are not available. In the event that this happens, we will let you know the Product is not available and endeavour to help you find an alternative product which meet your needs. We are not obliged to provide a substitute
- You do not pay us the price due for the Product by the due date
- You are from outside the UK
- You are not authorised to order Products from us
If we wish to cancel your order for products, we will contact you.
Once your product is received, we will let you know it has arrived. We will immediately notify you regarding the status of your refund, after inspecting the product. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
CANCELLATION OR DEFERRAL OF BESPOKE TRAINING OR CONSULTANCY
A minimum of 14 days written notice prior to the booked session is required for cancellations or deferral of any scheduled bespoke training or consultancy services. If 14 days written notice is provided, we will refund you in full. Under no circumstances will a refund be given if less than 14 days notice is given, or if the session has already commenced.
CANCELLATION OR DEFERRAL OF CLASSROOM COURSE
A minimum of 14 days written notice prior to the course start date is required for cancellations or deferral of any individual classroom course or classroom course bundle. If 14 days written notice is provided, we will refund you in full. Under no circumstances will a refund be given if less than 14 days notice is given, or if the course has already started.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
